Digital Photography

Mon., Oct. 28, 2013: 9am - 1pm

Recording digital images is a feature of a variety of today's electronic devices.  The topics of this class include selecting cameras, media storage devices, image editing and organization.  Students will also review various editing programs and determine which one best meets their individual needs.

The course includes a Digital Photography FastCARD  which helps you quickly learn how to capture, store, and organize digital photographs using digital cameras, mobile phones, PDAs, personal computers, and scanners.

You'll learn how to choose appropriate image settings when taking the photograph, and how to get the best print quality of your image.  You also get information on basic editing techniques, such as cropping and red-eye removal.  The FastCARD includes a section with answers to the FAQs of new digital camera users.
