Graduation Information

May 2014 Graduation Ceremony  

May 2014 Graduation ceremony will be on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 6:00pm at the Charleston Civic Center-North and South Hall area.  This will be a joint ceremony with Bridgemont Community and Technical College in anticipation of future graduation ceremonies as BridgeValley Community and Technical College.  

Spring/May 2014 Graduation Applications were due by Friday, February 28, 2014 to the Division of Student Services. Applications recieved after this date may not be eligible for Spring/May 2014 Graduation. Graduation applications are available in the Division of Student Services (room 012). Your advisor and/or program director must sign this application prior to turning it in to the Divison of Student Services. 



Please note: Graduation candidates should not assume that submitting a Graduation Application is confirmation they are eligible for graduation. Students will receive separate correspondence from the KVCTC Registration Staff in the Division of Student Services regarding eligibility for graduation. Additionally, please remember to pay the $50.00 Graduation fee to the Cashier's Office. All correspondence to students will be through their KVCTC email accounts.
